Here are answers to some of the questions you may have. Please continue to check the website for updates, as we will post new information here first.

I paid a registration fee. How will I be reimbursed?

If you paid a registration fee for Directions, you will be fully reimbursed. For payments made via credit card, you can expect to see credits within the next 7–10 business days.

What do we do about our hotel reservations?

If you have already booked your room, don’t worry. We will cancel your reservation for you. You will receive a cancellation notice within a week. No action is required on your part.

I submitted a presentation for the Innovator Award. Will that still take place?

This year, we announced a new Innovator Award program. We will continue with that award and separately communicate the three winners and hold a virtual “Meet the Innovators” panel so you can learn about the successes these clients have experienced.

Will I still be able to register and attend sessions online and receive continuing education credits?

We know that many of you attend Directions for its lineup of leading-edge content and continuing education (CE) credits. We are excited to report that we will hold most of the planned sessions virtually and that there will be CE credit awarded for sessions. We are working diligently to understand which courses will still receive credit, and that will be indicated with the session when you go to register.

How do I sign up for virtual sessions and receive my continuing education credit?

We will send email communications when registration is open for virtual sessions, and there will be an agenda tab on the Directions website where you will view the agenda, register, etc. CE credit will be automatically awarded for the sessions you attend.

When will I be able to register for virtual sessions?

We are in the process of converting the sessions to online events, and we will notify you via email when the sessions are viewable and you can register.

Is there a cost for attending virtual sessions?

Online sessions are available to you at no cost, so we encourage you to register once they are available.
